Lake Access - July 25, 2023

We have been told that both the old and new gate cards should now be working. Some residents were able to try both the old card and the new card with success. Both the old card and new card need to have a waiver completed before they will be functional in the system. If you have not completed the waiver online, this step must be done before any of the cards will work. When completing the waiver, there is a field called "Device #(s)". This field is where the 5 digit number shown on the card will need to be entered. The scanner is in the same location near the gate with a new keypad added to replace the old keypad. New cards will need to be scanned using the "LifeMaster" keypad and the old cards will still use the "Linear DPR" scanner.
