For anyone with a non-working lake park access card, this is a generic response that I will be sharing on the RW pages I’ve joined and will also post this to our webpage later tonight.
I have 10 replacement cards coming from Spectrum. I will be available after our meeting on Saturday for the first 10 people who need to swap a non-working card.
A couple notes to make this as helpful as possible for us all:
I will be able to exchange a single non-working card per address. If a resident has multiple cards not working, this will allow you to access the park while you work with spectrum to reset the remainder of your cards.
These will not be available for sale and will only be used to exchange cards purchased with the new system.
I will also need to validate that the non-working card was not disabled for violations and/or unpaid POA assessments, so if you can send me a fb message or email (contact page on Riverwalkpoa.com) with an address and card id, I can do that work prior to Saturday and reach out privately if there’s any issue that needs to be resolved.
If there is more need than this, the plan is to have spectrum refresh the returned cards so I can add those back to my prepped card stack to have available for exchange, as needed. I will need a few days to reset additional cards and confirm they are working prior to exchanging additional cards if more than 10 requests are made for Saturday. Once any urgency is resolved, I’ll be happy to exchange additional cards for a residential address, but for now want to be as fair as possible to everyone.
