At the January Board meeting, a resident asked about the burning allowed in Riverwalk and all the smoke it creates. (This is not the first meeting a resident has mentioned the smoke) The resident was aware of the allowed burning of leaves and branches but asked if the Board could send a notice to the community about the smoke. An e-blast was sent to all residents registered at Spectrum requesting everyone to be mindful of the burning as several neighbors have breathing conditions and all the smoke can create issues for these neighbors. We received information from a resident that we are sharing regarding the Montgomery County Fire Marshall and the burning rules. Below is a link to the website for your review.
